We typically run 1-2 weeks in advance. The more notice you can give us, the better chance we have of securing your preferred date.
Yes, and we recommend it. Send through your property manager's specific requirements and we will quote to that scope. Otherwise we use our comprehensive standard checklist.
Inside oven cleaning is included. If the oven is heavily soiled (built-up grease, burnt residue), it may need additional time which we will discuss during quoting.
Window cleaning is included where it is safe and accessible. We do not clean external windows at height or any window that requires specialist access equipment. We will flag this during quoting.
We clean carpets hygienically (vacuum and spot-clean) but cannot guarantee stain removal. For professional steam cleaning, we can organise through our partners. Wall marks are spot-cleaned where possible, but repainting or heavy scuff removal is outside our scope.
Yes, we provide before and after condition reports as standard for any job over $1000. This documents the state of the property before and after our clean.
