  • Kitchen including oven, rangehood, and appliances
  • Bathrooms including tiles, grout, and fixtures
  • Windows (where safe and accessible)
  • Floors vacuumed, mopped, and polished
  • Light switches, power points, and door handles
  • Skirting boards and architraves
  • Ceiling fans and light fittings
  • Wardrobes and cupboards inside and out
  • Before and after condition reports (jobs over $1000)

Not Included

  • External pressure washing (available on request)
  • Carpet stain removal (hygienic clean only)
  • Grout restoration (cleaning only, no guarantees)
  • Ceiling or smoke-damaged wall restoration

How far in advance should I book?

We typically run 1-2 weeks in advance. The more notice you can give us, the better chance we have of securing your preferred date.

Can I provide my own checklist?

Absolutely. You can give us your property manager's specific requirements, or we can work through our comprehensive standard checklist.

Do you include carpet cleaning?

We offer hygienic carpet cleaning as part of our service, but we cannot guarantee stain removal. For professional steam cleaning, we can organise this through our trusted partners.

What about windows?

Window cleaning is included where it is safe, reasonable, and within access. We will let you know during quoting if any windows fall outside this.

Do you provide condition reports?

Yes, we provide before and after condition reports as standard for any job over $1000.

What if areas need extra attention?

Areas that require excessive cleaning due to lack of regular maintenance (such as heavily soiled ovens or shower screens) may incur additional costs. We will always discuss this with you first.
