Yes. Every consultation and service is confidential. We do not share details of your situation with anyone without your consent. Our team is trained in privacy and discretion.
We only take photos if you give us explicit permission and if they are needed for documentation purposes (for example, before-and-after records for provider reporting). You control this entirely.
That is fine. We work at your pace. Many enhanced cleaning plans are staged over multiple visits. You set the priorities and boundaries, and we respect them.
Enhanced cleaning is $88 inc GST per hour, per person. After an initial consultation, we provide a detailed plan and clear quote so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
