Roster: Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600hrs
Job Summary:
General Cleaners at Ezi are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in clients' homes, premises, or offices. They follow specific care plans or organisational task lists for each property and perform additional cleaning duties as time permits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Follow care plans or task lists tailored for each property.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms to the specified standards.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling.
- Perform additional tasks such as but not limited to dusting, spot cleaning walls, and cleaning light/power switches if time permits.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service.
- Use work management software on mobile phones to track tasks and submit forms.
- Submit forms as required, such as requests for additional work or incident reports.
- Follow emergency procedures, including communicating with the office or calling emergency services as needed.
- Work in diverse environments such as homes, offices, and commercial spaces.
- Communicate effectively with clients and understand the unique needs and preferences of each individual.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar cleaning positions is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery – Back pack Vacuum cleaner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to diverse environments and client needs.
- Familiarity with using mobile devices for work management and communication.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products.
- Basic understanding of home or office organisation.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects up to 10 kilograms.
Work Environment:
- EziCleaners work in various environments, including homes, offices, and commercial spaces. Some areas may contain allergens, pets, or require navigating stairs.
